Originally from Ohio, Jane has lived and worked in South Florida since 1997.

With over five years experience in the mortgage industry, and licensed as a mortgage broker, Jane has had experience in all aspects of the mortgage lending process including loan origination, processing, pricing and closing. Jane has originated and closed both commercial and residential real estate transactions and has a strong ability to successfully navigate the challenges that arise with each particular loan scenario.

Jane is passionate about educating her clients and believes in on-going communication so they are comfortable and relaxed about the lending process. Her ability to ask the right questions and truly understand each client’s specific situation resulting in closed deals has been rewarded by customer loyalty longevity, high realtor satisfaction and the respect of underwriters, appraisers and title companies.

Jane loves working with first time home buyers and welcomes clients who may pose challenges due to either their financial situation or their mortgage concerns in general.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Jane was an Area Manager with a large national staffing firm, specializing in securing client accounts and the recruitment and placement of accounting and financial professionals. This background has truly enabled her to engage potential clients and present comprehensive financial information in an easy to understand manner.

With over 15 years of sales experience, Jane is highly successful in the creation of a client data base, negotiations and closing the deal. Working with people to create a mutually rewarding outcome is her specialty! Jane is also a successful sales and business copy writer, and has a proven track record of “putting money into other people’s pockets” in every step of the sales cycle.
